BIOGRAPHY
Cindy began her career in Business Administration in 1980 and moved into various management roles and in 1990 decided to pursue her lifelong desire as a teacher. She taught various programs including business administration, English as a Second Language and Human Resources within private and community colleges.
She spent 17 years in the field of Human Resources in various roles with a dedicated focus on talent acquisition, performance management, learning & development, coaching and retired from corporate as a Certified Human Resources Leader in 2013.
Cindy now focuses her passion and great energy on learning & development, talent acquisition and corporate culture development through her business platform known as HeartPlace.ca.
Her mission is to assist others in learning and living the art of heart-based living.
